My Carrier Path (Professional Experience)

Defence Industry

(Manufacturing Engineer)

Currently, am still learning networking. I am preparing myself for CCNA and PCNS certificates to demonstrate capability to obtain knowledge. I am continuously practicing in my lab environment using Pnetlab or  EVE-NG. I have started journey with network automation using python.

To feed  my family still I work as a manufacturing engineer. I am working on projects for leader in atomic weapon.  I am very proud to participate in critical mission projects for national security.

I develop processes using advanced tools like analysis of variance, product capability analysis, product reliability, PFMEA, etc. I produce and manage the critical documentation. Similar to networking, engineering documentation has an ultimately impact on product functionality, effectiveness and success of projects.

Moog Space and Defense Group, Reading

(Product Engineer)

I began to acquire a passion for networking when I was prototyping electronic products as a product engineer. It affected me, and I decided to keep learning more. Learning network troubleshooting gave me the opportunity to resolve design issues not captured during the new product introduction phase.

With black belt qualification, I was able to reduce variation in the new products where possible. Experience in reporting (FRACAS: Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) teaches me how to approach and manage network failures in modern way.

Morgan Contract Furniture, Southbourne

(Manufacturing Engineer)

I successfully supported the R&D department to achieve product manufacturability and quality standards. I provided technical support for manufacturing processes. I was working in ambitious projects to perform transition from conventional manufacturing to the CAD-CAM process. Using the value of standardisation to reduce setup times in the past has helped me now because of how it can be applied to improve networking efficiency.

Linear Storage Solutions, Bournemouth,

(CAD) Application Engineer,

At this time, I was entirely responsible for the engineering task from conception to final product, designing and implementing conceptual and working drawings for large projects. It was time when I was fully enjoying it.

Top Scan, Bournemouth,

CAD Draughtsman

Produced CAD drawings for customers. Traced CAD drawings from paper form to electronic version

TRW Inflatable Restraint Systems Co,

Process Engineer

I was analysing manufacturing processes to reduce variability and improve product quality. It was my first job after graduation as an Manufacturing Engineer.
